Grant Application Guidelines

The Chinese Heritage Foundation employs the Minnesota Common Grant Application. If you would like to submit a grant application to us, please observe the following guidelines that are appropriate for the amount of your request.

Grant applications may be sent to the CHF by paper or e-mail. Completed applications can be mailed to the address on our Contact Information page. Electronic submissions should be in the form of Microsoft Word documents sent as an attachment to grantapp_at_chineseheritagefoundation.org. A Foundation representative will acknowledge your application and a notification will be sent to you after the semi-annual advisory committee meeting.

Grant applications are due March 15 and September 15 of each calendar year.

Grants awarded by the Chinese Heritage Foundation Fund so far have been in the range of $100-$500. Grant requests for larger amounts will be forwarded to donor advised funds within the Chinese Heritage Foundation. Any grant recommendation from a donor advised fund is the sole perogative of the advisor(s) for that fund.
