Minneapolis, MN -- The Chinese Heritage Foundation at The Minneapolis Foundation announces its grant application guidelines and funding priorities. The Foundation plans to issue grant awards twice a year, on May 1 and November 1. The deadlines for applications are March 15 and September 15 respectively. Detailed information on application guidelines and funding priorities is available at the Foundation's website: http://www.chineseheritagefoundation.org.
All Minnesota charitable organizations are eligible to apply for funding. Specific questions may be submitted via email to grantapp_at_chineseheritagefoundation.org.
Ming Tchou, founder of the Chinese Heritage Foundation, is excited about the progress the Foundation has made in the recent months. She commented, "I am really looking forward to contributing to the understanding of Chinese history and culture in Minnesota. In this Internet age where cyberspace has overcome the physical limitations of long distances, we should work all the harder to break barriers and build friendships and understanding."
