The Advisory Committee of CHF meets twice a year, following the deadlines for submission, to disucss applications submitted for funding.  It follows the funding priorities set forth upon the founding of CHF and distributes income generated annually from the Endowed CHF Fund.   The Committee reserves the right not to distribute all income available, and periodically will consider applications that are submitted outside of its funding cycle.
